HOW TO PERSONALISE YOUR PORTRAIT
Please start by choosing your favourite design, select the number of people/pets and print type, add to your basket and checkout with your preferred payment method. Once you have purchased your chosen design, please email me or message via social media quoting your order number, along with some photographs, heights, clothing requests and any personal items. You can download an email template here or see the example below.

Design Purchased: Full Length Portrait with Background Items
Person 1: The first photograph I have attached is my partner James. Please can he be on the left hand-side with his arm around me.
Height: 6 ft
Hairstyle: Please draw James’s hair how it is in the first photograph. It is light brown and swept to the side.
Clothing: James would like to be wearing the white t-shirt and beige jacket. Can you draw him in the white and black trainers from the second photo.
Accessories: N/A
Any extra info: N/A
Person 2: The full length photograph of me is how I would like to be drawn. I have included a close up photo that is more recent, my hair is now down to my shoulders and I wear glasses.
Height: 5 ft 7
Hairstyle: Can I have my hair curled like in the second photo.
Clothing: A black vest top, denim maxi skirt and white Adidias Sambas.
Accessories: Please can I be wearing a red Uniqlo cross body bag, gold necklaces and small hoop earrings. I usually wear brown tortoise shell glasses like the ones in the first photograph.
Any extra info: A small tattoo on my right arm if it can be seen in the portrait!
Pet 1: Please can our puppy Norman be included. He comes up to our knees. I have attached a recent photo of him and a close up of his face. His favourite toy is a tennis ball.
Items to be included (if you have purchased a favourite things portrait or the Full Length Portrait with Background Items): A can of Pepsi Max, a tennis ball and a cinnamon bun on the floor. Could there also be a cocktail menu, a disco ball and a shelf on the wall with a framed photograph of York, a vase of flowers (picture attached) and this lamp from our living room (picture attached). We would also like to incorporate our anniversary date and the place where we met.
REVIEW AND PRINTING
After the information has been received, I will get back to you with a sketch for review within my current turnaround period (please feel free to contact me for a specific date). In order to ensure you are happy with the final design, you can request amendments or additions at this stage. Small amendments (height alterations, colour changes, small additions) will be made free of charge. There will be a small fee for any larger amendments (outfit changes, for example).
Once the final design has been signed off, I will then email you the digital file or print and post your illustration dependant on the print type you chose at the time of purchase.
