Waist-Height Portrait Illustration with Favourite Things

Upon purchasing this item, you will need to email me at info@megpotterillustrations.co.uk (or contact via my Facebook/Instagram pages) with the following info:

• A photograph(s) of each of the two people you would like drawing.
• A photograph or description of any specific clothing that you would like to be included (for no additional price!). Are you a nurse? A big fan of Grimsby Town? Or never seen in anything but your favourite dungarees? Just include these in your email to me and I will happily add them in. The more details, the better the final illustration looks!
• A description or photograph of 6 to 10 items to be illustrated around the portrait.

I will work closely with you throughout the process, sending numerous sketches in order to ensure that you are happy with the final illustration before printing and posting. Please see the listing for 'Custom Family Portraits' if you are wanting more than 2 people in this illustration. Any questions regarding what info I need? Just ask!

If you have changed your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please let me know and we can discuss refunding or replacing the item. A full refund can not be given if a personalised illustration has already been begun/completed. However, a partial refund may be given depending on the situation. If an item is received damaged, I will happily print and post a replacement.

Custom orders will be completed and posted within 1 to 3 weeks of ordering. All 'ready to ship' orders will be posted within one to two business days.

The delivery time may vary depending on the current period. Therefore, if you require your order for a certain date, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I may be able to 'fast-track' your order, although this is not guaranteed. 

For UK customers: Prints are posted First Class via Royal Mail. Your orders should take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch. Please allow at least 5 business days. 

For the rest of the world: Prints are posted International Standard via Royal Mail. Your orders should arrive after 6-7 working days after dispatch, allow this may alter dependant on the current situation.
