Shipping Policy
Custom orders will be completed and posted First-Class via Royal Mail within 1 to 3 weeks. This may vary depending on the current period. However, if your order is required for a certain date, please do not hesitate to message me as I may be able to 'fast-track' your order and/or something else can be arranged.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have changed your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please let me know and we can discuss refunding or replacing the item. A full refund can not be given if a personalised illustration has already been begun/completed. However, a partial refund may be given depending on the situation.
