This Full-Length Portrait Illustration with Background Items is a truly special way to commemorate your family and showcase their home decor, personality and interests. Hand drawn from your photographs, these portraits feature your loved ones with a number of special items surrounding them.

The background items can be drawn from your own photographs and the clothing can be customised to truly capture each person's unique style and personal interests.

These portraits are available as a digital file or printed on A4 or A3 semi-gloss card, making them a beautiful one of a kind gift to treasure.

Upon purchasing this item with the selected number of people and pets, you will need to email me at info@megpotterillustrations.co.uk (or contact via my Facebook/Instagram pages) with the following info:

Photographs: Please send a clear photograph (or as many as you feel necessary) of each person and pet. I can draw from group photos or merge individual photographs to create the portrait. If you would like me to use one particular group photograph as a reference, please also send individual close-up photos if it isn't easy to determine facial features, hairstyles, etc.

Heights: If there is more than one person in your portrait, please include a list of heights. If you do not know the heights of your family/friends, please give a rough estimate or send a list of who is tallest to smallest.

Clothing: Please send a list of clothing, shoes and accessories you require for each person. If the clothing is difficult to describe and/or you would like specific patterns and logos, please send across additional photographs for me to use as reference.

To represent your hobbies and interests, please also include a list or photograph of any personal items and belongings.

*This particular design features personal items on the 'wall' behind the portrait so you are welcome to send photographs of any specific features in your home that you would like replicating (for example: a gallery wall, your favourite vase, bookshelf, etc).

I will work closely with you throughout the process, sending numerous sketches in order to ensure that you are happy with the final illustration before printing and posting.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please let me know and we can discuss refunding or replacing the item. A full refund can not be given if a personalised illustration has already been begun/completed. However, a partial refund may be given depending on the situation.

If an item is received damaged, I will happily print and post a replacement.
Custom orders will be completed and posted within 1 to 3 weeks of ordering. All 'ready to ship' orders will be posted within one to two business days.

The delivery time may vary depending on the current period. Therefore, if you require your order for a certain date, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I may be able to 'fast-track' your order, although this is not guaranteed.

For UK customers: Prints are posted First Class via Royal Mail. Your orders should take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch. Please allow at least 5 business days.

For the rest of the world: Prints are posted International Standard via Royal Mail. Your orders should arrive after 6-7 working days after dispatch, allow this may alter dependant on the current situation.
