Walking Family Portrait Illustration

Upon purchasing this item with the selected number of people and pets, you will need to email me at info@megpotterillustrations.co.uk (or contact via my Facebook/Instagram pages) with the following info:

• A photograph(s) of each person/pet you want drawing.
• Personal items and specific clothing that you want to be included (one personal item per person for no additional price!). Are you a football fan? Love a glass of red wine? Or never seen in anything but your favourite pair of Adidas trainers? As long as you include these in your email to me I will happily add them in. 

I will work closely with you throughout the process, sending numerous sketches in order to ensure that you are happy with the final illustration before printing and posting.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please let me know and we can discuss refunding or replacing the item. A full refund can not be given if a personalised illustration has already been begun/completed. However, a partial refund may be given depending on the situation. 

If an item is received damaged, I will happily print and post a replacement.

Custom orders will be completed and posted within 1 to 3 weeks of ordering. All 'ready to ship' orders will be posted within one to two business days.

The delivery time may vary depending on the current period. Therefore, if you require your order for a certain date, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I may be able to 'fast-track' your order, although this is not guaranteed. 

For UK customers: Prints are posted First Class via Royal Mail. Your orders should take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch. Please allow at least 5 business days. 

For the rest of the world: Prints are posted International Standard via Royal Mail. Your orders should arrive after 6-7 working days after dispatch, allow this may alter dependant on the current situation.
